This is Fredricks & Mae!

This is Fredricks & Mae!

This playful art and design duo's path started through a shared love for materials - piles of feathers, thread, gold and paper that decorated their first studio in 2007. Their collaborative practice has since evolved into a series of objects for the home, garden and sky. A collection that spans from handcrafted tools to rituals and games that trace arcs through history and across the earth. Fredricks & Mae, a material anthropology of objects with origins far and wide, they follow these arcs: nose to the ground and mouths agape.
